I took some pre-employment documents to a notary yesterday. The birth certificate, issued by the hospital where I was born 62 years ago, I was told would not do for ID because it was not "state certified". They should have one standard format across all clients and if any client wants it changed, they should charge them per change or addition a recurring fee. At the very least they should organize them better.
