Exit Interview Phone Call today - MTGrandma

I left MM a few weeks ago and today got a call. They asked lots of questions about how satisfied or unsatisfied I was with MM and I answered them all as honestly as I could. When they asked if I thought any of their practices were illegal or unethical...I told them that hiring people to work for you and then expecting them to use their PTO or go without pay when there was not enough work was extremely unethical. Especially when you have many MTs with NJA daily and others with mandatory OT sometimes in the same regions. And to make that even worse, you are always hiring new MTs.....why not just take the MTs with no work, put them where there is too much work and make the employees you have happy before you hire new ones. I also told them sending work to India was a slap in the face to all the well-trained MTs they have here in the US and that 1/2 pay for ASR is crazy considering many of these reports take longer to edit than they would to completely type. The girl who called, whom I suspect does not actually work for MM, just some company hired to make these calls, said that someone from HR would be calling me....so although my complaints probably won't make a bit of difference, I feel better and maybe if they hear these things enough, they may make a few changes....hopefully for the better, although with their track record it doesn't seem likely. When asked if I would ever consider coming back...I told her truthfully, 3 years ago I though MQ was the best job I had ever had and I planned to stay until I retired, but now I can't imaging any scenario that would entice me to work for them ever again. I found a job with smaller company, that still values their employees and does not off-shore any work and does not use ASR...so I am very happy and hope that all of you who are looking to leave find something that makes you happy.
