I was told once by my CCM that in the whole scheme of things, even very, very few regular employees like us come to this site or read feedback about the company. The reasoning was that anyone "higher up" in any MTSO is FAR too busy to peruse the internet in general, muchless MT Stars. My CCM said that she herself had heard of the site from another employee but said she would never come here because of the all the negativity and because she has waaaaay too much work to do on any given day. I assume it's the same with the MModal suits too.

website where people come and go. They stick around for a while until they lose interest and then move on.

I do believe there are some MTs here who have been coming here faithfully for years, but for the most part not everyone knows about this site. I just found it a couple months ago and been an MT for 12yrs and never knew it existed.

have been coming to this forum for all that long because those who were coming to this site a while back all had MT Stars monikers/handles, and now most of the current posters just post as "anonymous" or no name at all.

I have been coming to this site sporadically for about 4 years, and most of the "oldies" have either quit coming or gone on to other professions.

Been with this company for many, many years. I have noticed that every now and then when there's a big "flareup" here about something in particular, they'll shortly afterwards come up with some damage control via e-mail or conference or something.

I have gotten e-mails that said, "it has come to our attention, that some MTs..." Then they go on to do surveys to make us feel like they care, or they tell you it's all going to change, they're working very hard on the issue, etc., blah, blah, blah. Of course they act surprised in a survey, it makes them look innocent, like "oh, my goodness...dear me..."

Yes, they know what goes on here. Doubt the Big Suits actually do the reading, but you can betcha there's a damage control team out there. Why else would they have to keep us so pumped up all the time? It's because they know we're all deflated.

can be done. That is SO NOT true, and I hate to state the obvious, the elephant in OUR room here, that its likely management trolls. The law firm listed below is fantastic. And class actions work where 1 or 2 Plaintiffs step up and its converted to a class action for all employees. Did you know that when you log into the MLS site you have to download a tracking cookie/activex control. That is so they can track when you are doing your job and when you are surfing the web. I only activate it when visiting the MLS site and then I deactivate it after leaving the site so they can't know what I am doing. ...
