Do we really need all these upper management people? We get an introduction email at least once a month......I feel another pay cut coming on or at least changes to DQS that will put more money in their pocket. What are we getting paid for now that they can somehow manage not to pay us for?
If it continues at that rate, someday we'll all be gone, - & the suits are gonna have to start typing.

We also know that other companies pay lower so I am just imagining an email stating something like -"in keeping with industry standards and in order to stay competitive in the international marketplace" and they spin it so that a pay cut actually seems like a reward.
