Changing fonts in MModal Fluency for Transc Editor

Changed my computer today which also means I have to set my Fluency font again. I am having a hard time trying to pick which one I like best. When I look there are soooooo many. I really wish it gave an example of what the font looks like (like it does in Word) but it doesn't and I don't want to sit and click through all those choices. What font and size do you guys like to use? ...

I can't make the Ctrl + Spacebar work to toggle the audio on and off (alternative to foot pedal) in the Fluency editor. I am using the most recent rendition, 7.4 something, but it hasn't work in the last 2 renditions either. All other commands seem to work. I am wondering if this command works for others and it's more likely something to do with my system or if the command itself just doesn't work (is there a different combination anyone knows of)? control arrow over, the cursor goes to the beginning of the word. In eScription, it goes to the end of the word, making it much more convenient to add commas or periods, etc. Is there any way to manually change that setting outselves? It's so much more time consuming this way. ...

MQ had to send me a new computer and I swear the DQ text looks "fuzzy" to me. I adjusted screen size and tech service said you can NOT change font.
