Fluency w/ Mmodal - Struggling

Can someone explain to me what Fluency is? I am with Mmodal and using Cornerstone platform trans/editing radiology. All of our good accounts are disappearing and when I ask where they went I am told another team has them now. Is Cornerstone being phased out in favor of Fluency. More concerning, are all Cornerstone trans/edits being phased out of a job? I would really appreciate any insight.

Fluency is MModal platform. Cornerstone is legacy platform from Spheris acquisition. No possible way of knowing who may or may not migrate over to Fluency.

The account went global, which is more than likely what happened to you. It seemed to go that way every time an account got settled and was going smoothly. Now I have a new TSM or whatever so we will see...

Like posts below, a platform/program. But, what is interesting that you are Cornerstone and running out of work. Fluency MTs in my BOB are being cross-trained in Cornerstone (even though we may not want to) because accounts in that platform in our BOB are always running out of TAT.

It was said a couple of years ago that Cornerstone was being phased out/replaced by Fluency, but I don't think that is true any more.

I haven't trained on Cornerstone yet, and I'm nervous about working in 2 different platforms on any given day. I have enough trouble keeping up with Fluency.

control arrow over, the cursor goes to the beginning of the word. In eScription, it goes to the end of the word, making it much more convenient to add commas or periods, etc. Is there any way to manually change that setting outselves? It's so much more time consuming this way. ...

I use Fluency Direct while I talk with patients in the exam rooms. I talk to the patients and dictate right into the system. A lot of patients think it is kind of cool that the software is doing the dictation. When I walk out of the room, my chart is kind of done." KIND OF???????? ugh ...

I'm am away from home with my laptop and need to work tomorrow morning. I thought I had Fluency 7.2 loaded on here, but I don't. It's version 7.1. I suspected this because I thought "I know I typed that correctly" but this time I saw it happen. I'm doing a standard report and typed metaphyseal awl, but Fluency changed it to metaphyseal scar, it just changed period. How does that happen? Lord have mercy, I really hate this system. ...

Loaded 7.4 on my own computer. Downloaded and put icon on desktop but I am unable to open it. I sometimes will have this problem if I load links from MM through IE. I used Chrome and FireFox but still unable to open... Spoke to techs in India and they said it is because I'm using my own computer and to contact a domestic tech through my TSM. You guys know so much so I thought I would send this out to you :) Anyone?? ...
