how do you report a company holding EMPLOYEES to 7 day weeks, w/o OT?

so, what do you think? I started working with them 2 weeks ago and at first, you have to pend all your work to QA which I have been doing and I haven't heard anything from anyone. Every other company I have worked with send you QA feedback so you know if you are on track or not. I am just worried that this place is shady and when it comes time to get paychecks, I will have a hard time. ...

Enough with the emails. I wake up to 10+ emails every day and then get numerous more throughout the day. Raise your accuracy, raise your line counts, lower your MUP, you were 1 hour short of 40 hours, DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN! Sorry, I'm not sending your contested error through, it stands! I went through the Transcend orientation yesterday for (former) DTS employees transitioning to the new company. It left me very, very, very sad. Transcend's methodology is so different from DTS. The requirement of the $900 per pay period of full-time employees will be so difficult to achieve on this new BeyondText speech recognition as my pay will be cut based on what other MTs have told me!!! (That and IF the work is available which in the past with DTS has been very off and on.) ...

I'll say one thing - no wonder the MT industry is upside down. For crying out loud, IRS referred me to DOL. DOL referred me back to IRS. When I persisted in wanting an answer from the DOL, I was told she would "have to talk to her supervisor to see if it was worth pursuing this issue." I've not heard back. that do not have you fill out a time card and make you work 18 hours a day to get your line count without paying overtime. Is this against the law? I was told to get my line count or else, but it is impossible on the account I am on. I can make it if I work 18 or more hours a day,but I am not being paid for all these hours and there is no time clock or varification of hours or anything and we are made to work the weekends without overtime pay,etc. ...
