Wow, the test for Inscribe was rough. Has anyone else taken this test? I am a student and am almost done with my MT certificate at my local community college. Are all tests for employment this difficult? Will I ever get a job? ...
I took a test with Inscribe (from Kentucky) and it was for a radiology position. I passed that test and now they want me to take a medical test for medical transcription. I do not get this company. I thought I was testing for just radiology. The test for just medical transcription looks horrendous. Can anyone give me any feedback? ...
Do not test for Inscribe. they are using people to get their work done. They say they are hiring entry positions yet with 20 plus years experience they said I didn't do well. Liar, liar!! ...
Wow!
I just completed the Inscribe test. It took me a solid 6 hours today, plus an extra hour or two the other night.
I feel like I started out doing very well, but towards the end I was leaving a lot of blanks. I just hope I did well enough, and they will give me a chance.
Anyone else test recently? Thoughts? ...
I took their test last fall and passed it and was called immediately. I was told I would be up and running in 2 weeks or less. First it was calls from different Indian tech people asking for the same paperwork over and over and after the install date came and went twice, I gave up. They emailed me 8 weeks ago and asked me again to come on board, told them what happened last time and they swore they had all that straightened up now. It took them a month just to get back to me about a star ...
Is that audio file transciption FOR REAL? Is that truly what you transcribe, or is there something that we can actually understand, as if English is spoken--for example, the last audio file.
Sorry I could not put the file here. But to get to it, you just go to inscribe's website, apply, and download the application to your desktop. You have to have a zip extractor, so I used winzip and it opened fine. Anyways, I listened on express scribe, and I was shocked that the words--the dica ...
For those well-meaning posters who have brought to my attention that maybe it's me, not them, please listen to me.
I am looking for answers. I am not stupid. I use shortcuts up the yingyang. I work every single day on production tips for ASR. I am not holding myself back. I am working 2 additional jobs trying to get my foot in other doors to get out of here.
I am not new to all of this.
Wish I really could know who you are, what account you work o ...
Anyone have any experience/knowledge of Inscribe.us? I am about to get offered a job with them for either straight transcrition or VR editing? Their line rate seems to be very good for both. ...
Doc is doing a knee exam for large meniscal tear and bone-on-bone medial compartment OA. He says what sounds like "Simons first test" caused grade 4 posterolateral tenderness.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Andrea ...
Hi! I am curious about a job opening on another site for Inscribe, LLC in Murray, KY. I did a search and do not find much recent information on the company. Does anyone have any recent experience with this company? If so, what is your opinion? Good, bad, anything? The ad states they pay higher than many other companies and that there is no experience required? Any info would be appreciated. ...
Just wondering if anyone has any feedback on the above platform. The MTSO with whom I subcontract has offered to train me on this platform, but I'm completely unfamiliar with it.
Before I leap in and agree, I'd like to get some opinions of the platform and how MT friendly/unfriendly it may be.
TIA for any info you can provide! ...
Does anyone know anything about Inscribe? I am going to test for them and wondered if anyone has had experience with this company? Thanks for reading this post. ...
Hello MTs! I recently submitted application and tests document to InScribe US and was informed that although I did "well" on the test, I was slightly below their standards. They have invited me to participate in their internship program, take 4 of their learning modules, and work with someone one-on-one to bring me up to their standards. This is to cost $400. Has anyone gone through this process? Is it a scam? I definitely know that more education will benefit me, but I am just looking for some ...
I was just wondering if anyone out there works for Inscribe or has taken their test for employment. I took the test and it was incredibly hard with ESL dictators. In the email I received from them, along with turning me down was a shpeel on enrolling in their university. This made me wonder if it was ligit or what....... anyone know? ...
Just spoke with them and they hire IC and say you can pretty much work whenever you want as long as you make minimum counts. Pay is only .07 for typing or VR but they use own VR system that sounds interesting, you repeat what was dictated. Any info on them would be helpful. Thanks ...
I'm considering working for InScribe. If anyone who has worked there for a while, I'm curious as to how steady the work volume is. What's their policy for working on holidays? Any info would be appreciated. ...
I'm a new grad MT and have been offered a job by InScribe. Training has been promised for almost 2 weeks, but they never call when promised. Getting a little worried....esp when reading the negative stuff abt the company. Does anyone have any advice? (Other than "run"...that seems to come up quite often on here! lol!) ...
I reviewed comments on InScribe going back to 2005 and the only positive comment I could find is that they pay on time. A red flag was that they hire newbies and require that you go to an MT chat room and send the audio to another MT to listen to when you have to leave a blank before sending it to QA. There was also a comment that you are required to read all the comments in the chat room. Can anyone confirm this is the case? If so, it sounds like they use the seasoned MT ...
