Any info on this company? Was thinking of applying. Pay on time, VR or straight typing, good people??

Been working for them since 2008. They are wonderful people to work with. Not a large company but out of Nashville. There is absolutely NO VR. I have never missed a paycheck, auto deposit, so apply. If you want to email me you may wish to do so. I work full time. Occasionally I run out of work but that is when there is a holiday and I know, this happens with every company. So I am telling you that they are great people.

I have been there since last November. Every check has been on time, NO VR, and the people are great. I really cannot say enought nice things about them. Especially after reading all the horror stories of other companies on these boards. I am full time also, if you put in the lines, compensation is better than most I have seen.

My biggest complaint is the tiered pay scale. If you don't have work one day or something happens that you can't work, your pay will drop unless you want to make up the time outside your schedule. No VR. Pay on time. Direct deposit. Fairly flexible with schedules, i.e., doctor's appointments, etc. The platforms are not the best in the world (Acuity and/or Meditech). Most of the supervisors are okay.

Is there enough work during 3rd shift? Is the platform easy to use and easy to get your lines in with? How is the health insurance? I saw the premiums for the different levels but didn't see what type of coverage this is (deductible, copays, etc.). I'm a bit worried that your benefits hinge on getting your required lines in each pay period. I read the posts below on the difference between an IC and an employee. However, in applying to what was reported to be a "good company to work for" recently, I was told of the schedule I needed to be "willing" to work, as well as the rate I would paid, even though I thought it was low. I looked but do not really find much current info for this company. They "seem" pretty liget with basic line requirements, decent pay for VR, good benefits, ect.
