iMedat or iMedX - backtobeginning

Does anyone have any information, good or bad, or opinions regarding iMedat or iMedX?

Been with iMedX for just about a year, iMedat for a couple of weeks. No complaints thus far. They both leave me alone as long as I do my work. They do want a schedule, but you make it. My iMedX account uses Dictaphone ExTEXT. iMedat account uses Emdat Inscribe. iMedat is straight typing, but that will probably go away eventually. Both pay direct deposit, 15th and 30th. Not sure I would trust either one as a full-time gig, but for two part-time gigs it works out well.
I have read Emdat Inscribe only pays 1 cpl for canned text. Is - that true? nm

I did not test for Imedat/Elite. Just got a call from the owner right after she got my resume. I was hired as QA for Imedix and will be completing my training today. I think with them, I heard back in a day or two after testing and it was not through MTTest website.

Hi. I currently work at iMedx. I have been with them for a year and 2 months now. They are great to work with! They utilize the EditScript platform. Team
leaders and QAs are nice and offer help when requested. They allow you to do your work properly and notify you of rises in workflow. Also at the end of each month they notify the team of the average quality score and thank you for all the work you do. They hire independent contractors. I strongly recommend them. :)
Had along conversation (meeting) with the HR person or possibly owner regarding this company and what they had to offer. I was STUNNED. (By the way, none of her seeker posts have the ability to post a reply only to post through email - does she not want others posting their shock as to her offer?
She has a new account that many MTs will be "off QA in a couple of weeks".
Timeframes in this business are never absolute and can get extended infinitely. In the meantime all MTs still on Q ...

Last week we were told by Op Mgr that "she has a call into the client about why volume is so low."

No one on this board seems to give specifics when they get canned from IMEDX. So my question is this: Can each person who got laid off/fired let us know more details. Were you PT or full time, did they call or did they email, did you have options, or just firing. How many lines did you do per day. What we were told is that it was a "partnership". They were just described to us as a new HR company taking over our HR Department. I hadn't heard anything about people getting layed off, but it doesn't surprise me. We just elected our health benefits with United Health Care and now they want us to they want to choose health plans all over again with Aetna!! ...
Things are just too quiet. So many problems, and I feel like they just quit talking about them. No more mention of shutting down TT e-mail, etc.

It is cruel to let your MTs sit without work. It is psychological torture. Do us a favor .... lay off more people so the ones left will have work and the others can move on. And yes, I know that means me. On at least some level, it would be a relief.

it would appear that LS Services out of south point, ohio is the same company that was formerly named ImedX..... same address, etc..... Anyone know anything else about this? ...
