Webmedx needs to pay - Crystalclear

The unremarkable Wedmedx needs to pay for the downtime MTs are incurring because they want to switch everything over to their horrendous ISR. The unremarkable Webmedx requires 1 to 4 hours to get new computers up and running and yet we production people are supposed to make up that time or use our PTO time or just not get paid. The unremarkable Webmedx just hired new people and gave them bonuses to sign on but can't pay their longtime loyal employees for time lost due to no fault of their own.

Webmedx does not pay for that, it takes no time at all to do, as I was one who had to have a new computer. But, as far as their "crappy" ISR - far from it. I am now on M*Modal and I love it. However, if you are that unhappy with Webmedx, you need to move on down the road, as Webmedx is a wonderful company to work for! Of course, you probably bash every company you have worked for!

My first thought after reading this was gotta be a suit, but I would certainly hope not. What an immature, juvenile post. So you are happy at Web, so anybody who isn't, you will make ridiculous assumptions about? And what qualifies you to state this person probably bashes every company they work for? Because they dare to have a different opinion than yours about the "REMARKABLE" Webmedx? Glad you are so tickled pink with them. Unfortunately, there are lots who can't say the same. I despise M-Modal and am inclined to make an assumption about you, that being most people who do like VR, were not fast typists to begin with. And in case you haven't noticed lately in this so-called profession being ruined by greed, not so easy to just go out and snap up another job these days.

Let me tell you something, Nasty. It took them four hours to hook up my new computer and you know what--they should pay me for my down time. Pure and simple. I did not get on here bashing or attacking any company, just stating a fact. You're happy? Great for you, that is no reason to attack people who are not especially when no one was addressing you!

I just want you to know what a phenomenal job I think you all did on those atrocious accounts. I QA'ed your work and was amazed at what you could decipher out of those dictations. Anyone else working for/or have worked for both who has noticed a difference in the quality of the ASR on one as compared to the other. I may be crazy, but I think I make far fewer corrections to the ASR on MQ work. Maybe just lucky, but I tend to be a mouse user (I know - shame on me, but I am getting better) and I find my right hand lets me know when I have been using the mouse more. ...

My hospital employs Wmx for overflow work. Their contact person claims we are their only account not using voice recognition, and that almost 70% of the VR reports are good to go without editing. I find this hard to believe, as so many doctors are resistant to VR because it doesn't work well. I also find their 70% claim questionable as we've had VR for Radiology for 5 years and approximately TWO percent of reports do not need editing and it has been a big waste o ...
