Still waiting on my W2 from Landmark. Anyone else waiting and when should I get it? Thanks!!!!!

the first of the year, so you should not be waiting until after 01/31.

They have until the end of January to get it to you. - applies to all companies. nm

You can't be serious. It's not even January yet!!! They have an entire month to get them out! Don't expect it until at LEAST the middle of January, but probably not until closer to the end.

It will be online in the payroll service website - Probably around Jan 5

You should be able to download it from the payroll website after the first week in January, otherwise they'll mail it to you at the end of the month.

As others have pointed out, by law the company has until Jan 31 to postmark it. Not deliver it, it just has to be postmarked by the 31st.

The work we're doing right now for Landmark will be on 2014's W2 because it will not be PAID until 2014. So we're received all the money we're getting for 2013.

I wish now I'd not responded to the poster because I have a feeling it's just some bored person looking to see what he/she can stir up.

Typically speaking, every employer in the United States has until January 31st to get W2s in the mail. Some people dont get theirs until first week of February.

If Landmark has them available online by January 5th then great, but for future reference, should she change jobs, they have until January 31st.

I did not respond to her, but I could not help chuckle at such a naive question. Perhaps it is her (his?) first job? Sounds to me more like a naive person rather than a pot-stirrer. I have always received my W-2's from LM on time. I hope s/he can find more serious things to worry about.

Because that person (not K) QAs like a newbie. They can't decide whether they want to follow BOS or just some arbitrary rule.

So this post kind of serves to prove to me that they've possibly hired someone straight out of school.... high school. Because the lack of life and MT experience is starting to show.

Someone new is with me on my account and I cringe with the inconsistencies in a report, perhaps that's the OP. WHo knows?

I just know you can't get a tax return processed until nearly (or likely) February so I sure won't be sweating a W2.

Our account has one mumble-mouth, who does not form actual English words,just hums phrases. The only correct and ethical way to do his work is to send much of it to QA. Then QA complains that the MT should be checking his previous reports to see what matches with that one vowel he pronounced i a particular phrase. I was floored at that one! After 30 years I know the common phrases. I know this doc's common phrases, but I am not going to type something into a patient's report that the doctor did not say!

Anything to avoid the actual problem and blame the MT for doing what she is supposed to do.

BTW- The IRS is NOT processing ANY returns in January. You can file but it won't go anywhere until 1/28 (and that date could be pushed to first week of February, thank you Republicans for that had-to-have shutdown).

So relax. Let the dang year end. Then wait until Uncle Sam has his ducks in order because you wont be seeing a tax refund until at least mid February.

Also, you don't need a W2 to file your taxes. - just so ya know. nm

a job does come up. I get all excited! You would have thought I won the lottery or something. I open up Schedulesource and clock in. I get into the report. Notice it is an ASR (kinda bummed, but it is a job, right?) and low and behold, it is a cancelled dictation worth 8 seconds. Doctor says, "cancel this dictation" and before you know it, I am punching out of Schedulesource and did not make 1 penny. Bummer! Did not win the lottery. Hahahah ...

I have a question about the NJA policy. On the 15 minutes downtime you get for waiting for jobs, is this just once a day or as many times as you do it in a day.
