Say you get health insurance, but then for several pay periods they don't give you enough work to make the required lines for health insurance anymore. Do they take insurance away from you or let you keep it?

From my experience, they have never taken it away from me. I see it taken out of my paycheck every pay period. I am FT and am getting the 10,000 lines per PP minimum to stay FT status, sometimes I get more, I have yet to make 12,000 requirement, only did that once last July with mandatory OT. I have 2 accounts now and am pretty steady.

My suggestion to you is 1) No news is good news about not making line count. If you don't get a phone call or email stating you're not making minimum line count, don't worry about it. 2) Ask for more work. Be proactive. Work exactly 40 hours a week (if you can) and notice "busier" times when work is plentiful. Change your shift. I've been with Amphion since March 2010 and changed my schedule twice. Ask for a backup account. I did and now I have steady work almost daily. It doesn't hurt to ask for more work. You may get the "we can't control how much work we get" response, which is what I got initially, so I changed my schedule and kept asking for another account and I finally got one. I'm on the Green team/Triton platform by the way in case you have anymore questions.

Long story short, my understanding is FT status should be at least 10,000 lines per PP and PT is 6,000. As long as you have good attendance and QA scores and you're making the minimum, they will keep giving you your insurance, PTO, and/or 401k.

I haven't gotten the insurance yet, as I just started in January and am not eligible for a few more weeks. My experience, though, is that they haven't grumbled much about line counts, as long as I am above minimum wage so they don't have to pay the difference, which I have not had a problem with so far. I am on the Blue team on Escription. So far I love it, but I am worried about the cost of the insurance for my family of 3, as there is no other option for us to get insurance elsewhere, and that is a heck of a bite financially for us.

Anyone ever get fired from Amphion for not meeting line requirements? I work for them FT or more as needed and have yet to make the 12,000 line requirement. I would appreciate any feedback on these companies. I have recently applied and tested with both.
