plenty of work, platform, etc. Would really like to hear from someone that is working for them currently. I have searched archives and like with any other company, there is good and bad.

Don’t have any current information, just wanted to make sure you knew about how their contract works.

Be sure to read their contract carefully, and then have 5 other people read it, and make sure you know exactly how you will be getting paid. There was some confusion a few months back, and that should not happen again to anyone else.

Never sign any contract which allows the MTSO to arbitrarily lower your rate for an entire pay period for any infraction! Or dock you for mistakes, etc.

What you are basically doing is setting yourself up!

*Legitimate* companies will not dock you like this - it's an insidious way to get the work for less because even experienced, good producers stumble once in a while.

If you don't understand something in a contract DON'T sign it (agree to terms) until you get clarification.

after reading the posts about taking away pay. Some how when I searched the archives for information I completely missed this. They sent the company info sheet out and I can understand why the poster did not catch this. It is not exactly straight-forward in the information but go figure on that.

You are docked even on days there is NO WORK or not enough of it. Contract is very confusing and doesn't clearly outline this. What they do is WRONG.

Either an employee or an IC can do the job after appropriate training - or they cannot.

In other words, if someone is not doing the job or working their committed hours/production, they get warned and if there isn't a solution (more training, better support or better effort) they either find a different job, or get fired.

There is nothing 'honest or fair' about docking or withholding pay.

I say never accept a contract with this stipulation and *always* look for this type of wording.

loosing accounts and don't want to admit it. They advertise "plenty of work" but its not true unless you are working a handful of accounts.
