It's one thing for a company to make a mistake....it's another for them to not take care of it immediately when you bring it to their attention. As a result of this, I not only have service charges, I am not also overdrawn at the bank on a check that was deposited last week. I've written the owner, ******, numerous times, and I have also called her at 3 different numbers I found listed for her (including her cell phone which confirms it is hers when it says "You have reached ******" and she has YET to return my calls. I certainly hope she doesn't think I'm going to tell her "Sure, mail me another check." I want my money and I want it NOW via PAYPAL or Western Union. This is B.S.!!!
