Something new that's being instituted since our recent acquisition by Nuance, so maybe Focus is using it already? Looks like a way to get even pickier about QA, in my opinion, which our incentives are based upon.
I've been really happy about the way Encompass has done QA up until this time. While the requirement is really high (99% minimum, 99.5% for incentive bonus), the way they add all the lines together first and then average out from there is totally logical, unlike companies I've worked for before who would average each report out separately, then combine and average those totals. So, I had a QA audit once with a short 10-line report with 1 minor error in it that brought my QA down to like 80% for that 1 report and thus an artificially lower QA score overall. I complained about how such short reports should never be used with that kind of system due to its very nature, but they never understood my point.
Anyway, any info about this Fiesa deal?
