Encompass HR - mt

There were a few posts some time ago stating that Encompass had a terrible HR team that never got back to the applicants. Has anyone had any luck getting hired on there recently? Don't want to waste my time applying :)

...and then just hope for the best, I think. I jumped through all the hoops, was told I would be contacted, then wasn't, and finally am supposed to be getting a call--will let you know how it goes.

Sounded pretty good, and I was told I would be sent some extra info that day. Nope! I figure yet again it's a matter of if you want the job there, you must be super-persistent and do all the contacting. It seems like a similar deal to the other companies. They are definitely also heading toward VR--don't know if you like that or not.

It took them a while to get back after my testing but I assume they are slammed. I got an email today about interviewing and emailed them back a yes. I then got an mail back the same day setting up a phone appt for a few days from now. So far I have gotten speedy replies besides the initial app/test. If someone who works there could email me that'd be great. Thanks.

I tested with both and know I did well (lots of experience with this stuff) but have heard nothing back from Probity and got a letter of interest from Encompass, which I responded to, then NADA. Has anyone actually been able to move forward recently with getting a job at either place?! I noticed the only real problem I've seen regarding Encompass in the archives is their inability to get back to people in a timely way and I am seeing that in action. Anybody? ...

Something new that's being instituted since our recent acquisition by Nuance, so maybe Focus is using it already? Looks like a way to get even pickier about QA, in my opinion, which our incentives are based upon. I've been really happy about the way Encompass has done QA up until this time.
