Do you family still come first? I would like to know! - MTfamily

After being at a company with no work and little respect for the MT, I decided to quit and find another job.  I have been testing great,passing the on-line tests easily,and getting interest, and job offers.  My only problem is that all the jobs offered to me are for the afternoon shift.  Please do not get me wrong, I will work afternoon shift if my kids do not have food on the table, but I would rather have my afternoons, evenings free to spend time with my kids after they are gone all day at school.  I do not even mind working the weekends Saturday or Sunday, but every job I am offered has been for the afternoon shift.  Can you guys tell me how you do it with little ones who need you working the afternoon shift and how do you see them if you are working the afternoon or midnight shift and weekends.  I feel like such a heel as a mother.  I want to put my kids first, but how can I when all I get offered is the afternoon shift.  Back to testing, I pray to god I get offered day shift or split shift with weekends to spend time with my kids.  How do working moms who are forced to work the afternoon shift/evenings spend quality time with their kids?  This is so hard for me, help!!!
