If the MTS were asked, I imagine their stories would be pretty similar. Low pay, poor treatment, criticism, poor accounts. The same old, same old. Yet you owners want to blow your horn as if you are God's gift to all the MTs that passed through your doors. Don't criticize or judge others and not expect them to criticize or judge you. Just because we are more polite in our leaving than you are in your behavior speaks to the quality of our character, not yours.
