has leased that program from Inscribe Emdat are responsible for settings activated, or not activated. They facility has the ability to correct your situation. As soon as you click on the appt you need all info should automatically fill in. I hope this helps you. It is nothing you are doing; it is all about how the facility you work for has engaged the available settings.
