Your clients are your customers and you are serving them, so yes it is a customer service job. MTs and HIM techs provide customer service too, we are all there to serve the patient, even though we work behind the scenes. If the client/patient is unhappy, and doesn’t pay their bill, nobody gets paid. Technically, the other poster is correct and they are not an idiot.
