Giving someone the name of a company that might be hiring - is not handing

someone a job. Giving information about a company is not handing someone a job. You wouldn't actually be getting someone a job by just giving them information about a company. A job is procured by someone based off of their experience and their interaction with a company. People ask on here all the time how this company or that company is to work for. No reason to belittle someone about their skills because they are researching on MTStars. So everyone has a clear understanding of what the post talking about networking means I've pasted the definition after doing a search on the internet for it: "Networking is a mutually beneficial interaction that involves exchanging ideas and information between individuals who are connected by a common career." Don't mislead yourself into thinking that any information you provide to someone about a company has anything to do with getting them a job. Getting someone a job would mean you actually hired the person for the job. Giving them information about a company is networking.
