It is going the way of MT, for sure. I have been coding for 8 years and am really sorry I didn't go for ANYTHING else trying to get out of MT!!! And the production requirements are even worse than MT (charts per hour/per day, audit accuracy %, chained to keyboard, monitoring breaks, etc.). GOOD LUCK!
