I still have the contract in my email, and it CLEARLY states:

PENALTIES CHARGED TO CONSULTANT:

Missed order deadline - 50% of transcription or editing rate

Non-proofed/poorly proofed - 50% of transcription or editing rate

Incomplete order - 50% of transcription or editing rate

Maybe YOU should get your information correct. Clearly, you are a suit trying to do damage control.
