It's overstaffed RIGHT NOW because of the pandemic. The account is going to be empty by this time tomorrow and 80 transcriptionists are going to be sitting around with no work to do. There may be a extenuating reasons why the account is overstaffed / out of work, but that certainly doesn't change the reality that hiring another person to work on an account today that will have zero work in it tomorrow is not a great idea.
