Direct Deposit - Working Out Well

I have been working as an IC for 2+ years now for a company that pays via mailed check, mailed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Thought it was a bit odd, and wondered at first if it was because I was an IC, but they've never missed a payment, and have demonstrated in other ways that they have high integrity. I'm glad I didn't let this opportunity get away because of it.
