to be able to communicate refusal to hand over mail. Be realistic. No one was concerned about mail theft and/or misplaced mail. It was just a simple question. Also, it's a very bad idea to sign your posts with your email address. Now anybody and their brother knows what it is. Prepare to get lots of spam email from disreputable people.
