This company is no stranger to legal issues - class action lawsuit for not paying employees overtime, filings for bankruptcy. This stuff goes way back, at least 8 years or more, and yet serious problems persist today with the company not meeting its payroll obligations.

I can only conclude by learning about all the financial troubles this company has had and continues to have that it would not be in the best interest of anyone to seek employment with KS in any capacity.
