It's a shame that hospitals considering contracting with these companies don't check here to see if people have complaints like they have on KS. If they did they'd run and not sign up. As for the excuses in the memo - anyone publicizing they aren't getting paid aren't spreading untruths and she has no legal ground to stand on for posting here. However, contacting a client directly might be a gray area depending on what your employment hiring paperwork says. With that said - a good attorney representing someone that is owed weeks worth of pay would probably have a lovely time challenging if she tried any legal actions. Sounds to me more like bullying efforts.
