months (and more) about banding together, taking action, contacting DOL, etc. etc., yet they were in turn called bullied and accused of not being understanding. Now that you've all decided it's time to step up, you all sound ridiculous and LT is probably laughing at you all. Who are the bullies now? Ironic, 'ey? Have ya all thought about the first question a court is going to ask -- if you were not being paid, why did you continue to work?
