and tomorrow never comes. People kind of want to hang around to get their money, I'd say that's a reasonable explanation.

KS isn't the only business having financial problems, it's quite common in many other businesses.

Judge may ask why they didn't do something? They did. Reported it to DOL, IRS, other places. Nobody does anything. And they eventually get paid, albeit late, and DOL closes the case. Then the SSDD starts all over again the next couple weeks.

You sound somewhat like a bully yourself, throwing this in their faces, accusing them of being the problem.
