That is not a question that a Judge or mediator would be asking. But a couple points awarded for the feeble attempt and intimidation. Maybe the next point will be better.

Well that is a bust too. Good try LT- trying to make employees feel stupid for believing you when you told them the check was in the mail. No points for that lack of creativity and subtracting points for hardheartedness and lack of appreciation for your employees.

Here is a freebie for you: It isn't bullying to ask for wages due.
It's not like people want to endure working for KS free. in fact, I've yet to hear of any real redeeming value in working there at all.
