He certainly isn't earning his huge paycheck is he? It's 9 months now with the late paychecks and promises not kept yet you expect employees to wait even longer and continue working.

You are only keeping him around to put the blame on him and take the fall for you. If he had any brains he would get out and turn you in.

Honestly do you stay up at night thinking up excuses and threats to use against your employees? You are a real piece of work.
