I simply gave my opinion based on what I read in the email I received from the company. I passed info along.
At no point in time did I ever say they used VDI or they were Nuance-connected. I simply said with a 3 to 5 hour install, it smelled of a version of VDI. A lot of programs can be used through a VDI, whether it is transcription or not. No where did I say it was Escription, etc.
I advised the OP to protect her home network, because if you know what the antivirus program they insist will replace yours can do, she needs to protect herself. The program they use is too intrusive for me.
