I would call the company. Their customer service has always been helpful. The error message you got isn’t necessarily gearplayer specific. I got that error message at work after they installed a new platform they told me I had corrupted files and repaired them and it fixed my issue. I had another issue after a windows 10 update and would t let me connect to my VPN. I ended up setting my windows 10 back to the previous version and then disabled any updates that may come up. The new update is horrible and creates havoc for many users.
