There's no reason why MTSOs are any different or any better than any other type of employer. They're just as dirty, sneaky, backstabbing as anyone else whether they're a one-person company or a major corporate entity with 25000+ employees.
You know how age discrimination is alive and well, but nobody admits it. They always have some other excuse why you weren't the one hired. That's it. Always SOME excuse... covered in a thick layer of BS a blind person could see through, but an excuse carefully crafted so it can't be called discrimination.
