I'm confused. How would other MTSOs even know that you were involved in a class action suit? Is there some sort of "lawsuit roster" floating around out there that they all check before they hire someone? The last I knew (and I've been in this field for 20 years), these MTSOs only care about your skills and experience and don't even inquire as to whether you've ever been involved in any lawsuits against any other companies. The only way they would know would be if you actually told them yourself.....
