Class action law suits are designed to make the team of attorneys wealthy. Best is find your OWN attorney who will take it on, and who will not charge unless you win. At best, you MAY get back pay.
You'll notice in class actions (usually), clients don't get much, because soooo many people are in on it. Just because they paid out millions of dollars, it doesn't mean you will get millions. You are splitting it with how many people, not to mention attorney fees? These don't say you will OWE the attorney, but ultimately, it does come out of the settlement $$.
I didn't see in the copy/paste where it even mentioned class action.
