After all, isn't the goal of this post and others here for the intended victim to see it. No reason to comment about whether or not you think anyone will hire this person. I highly doubt that any company will be privy to any of this information. On the other hand, if they are, then your behavior would also be considered undesirable, and perhaps you as well will be lucky to be hired based on your behavior.
