They have kids at home. Quit judging people based on how your own life is. Quit calling people lazy when they ask about jobs and rely on the opinions of their fellow MTs because they have been swindled in the past by some MTSOs. If you don't like the questions asked then just scroll on past them. You don't have to even mention your own circumstances or your opinions if they don't fit with the question being asked.

People aren't prima donnas by wanting to work a schedule that fits most with their lives and families. It's time for you to stop judging people based on a simple question. You do not know them or what they have going on in their lives.
