It has nothing to do with the 3 jobs - SM

It's the fact that when someone asks if anybody knows who is hiring, the response is, "I have 3 ST jobs but none are hiring right now." THAT is what the problem is. What's the point of the response? It's like someone saying, "I am desperate for food" with a reply of "I have plenty of food but cannot give it to you, sorry." It would be better just NOT responding to those requests.
