MTs who want to see their comrades get out before they are further harmed. It is very frustrating to read illogical statements of why some of these people stay. Others have valid reasons. Options are everywhere and we would rather see the KS people move on to something else instead of clinging to a sinking ship. We all know what our profession used to be like and those of us who have cut and run are hoping that the rest of you do, too. However stated, the posts are all about shoving people into the right direction without losing their homes, possessions and most importantly their dignity.
