I had seen some of the bankruptcy documents the other day, but not in nearly that much detail. Jesus. Is all of this even legal? She fabricated a totally separate business (JLT Holdings) to become her OWN landlord and rent property from JLT to KS, both of which are owned by HER. None of this looks kosher. It almost reminds me of a Ponzi scheme type of situation. I just can't even begin to wrap my head around any of this!
