Even one week late on ONE paycheck would have sent me over the edge. I would be filing for unemployment and looking for another job faster than their head could spin. At least the subcontractors for Nuance pay on time! I would rather have someone pay me for the work I'm doing than to be two or three paychecks behind. You might as well be volunteering your time if you're okay with being paid so late! There are other jobs out there. They need to quit taking this abuse.
