noticed in my opinion. The questions that really drive me nuts are someone may ask a spec question on an account and whoever is on or covering will instead of just answering will post "answered privately" etc. Why not just answer the stupid question so if maybe someone else is wondering the same thing, it'll be answered already. Seems like they are afraid to commit to an answer publically and be corrected by someone else. Anyway, I guess they can run their company however they want, but they are not going to get serious workers to last through the daily chit chat.
