for money that you've worked hard for and earned honestly. Hate to see people treated like this, especially since there are probably late payments/charges, dings on credit, collections, etc. as a result. At least have the respect to say "We know payday is X date, we'll have your money on Y date" and stick to it, so at least the employees can maneuver, call a creditor, or something.
