I wish I had given notice so I could go back but they have stood firm that I am not eligible for rehire, even 2 years later. I would rather have checks a few days late a few times a year and just adjust than the cesspools I have been working for since then. I have worked for N, MM and a small company and hate everything about my current job. It was a mistake. I feel ya on the late checks and agree it's unacceptable but the other companies are he** to work for.
