and take any administrative position available. You'll qualify for plenty of jobs at the hospital administratively and will keep you benefits, paid vacation, etc.
If you stay, you'll face the transcription being outsourced to an MTSO where you'll be a $.04 a line editor with no benefits, no paid vacation, work shortages, overstaffing, and, yes, even the VDI nightmare that almost everyone is facing now (or at least any company "owned" by Nuance).
It will never get better from here and that's a promise.
