They tell the biggest lie that you will be able to do twice as much work, therefore they will cut your line rate in half. They will also expect you to be able to twice the work. If the MTSOs were Pinocchio, their noses would be about 3 feet long at this point. The next "wonderful thing" they will stick you with is VDI. Get ready. You need to get out of MT NOW and find a job that pays you a living wage with a lot less stress and where you will be treated with respect.
