I can request my manager amend reports that have been delivered to the client and she will always do it unless it's already been sent to the print queue or electronically delivered to the final recipients. If it's still in the Review or Transcribed folder, amendments and corrections are fine (though too many requests to correct MT error are frowned upon vs the dictator requesting changes on a subsequent dictation).
